The service team at Full Spectrum Analytics, Inc. consists of individuals with diverse backgrounds relating to analytical instrumentation, many of them being former service representatives or product development managers for the manufacturer. New employees undergo an extensive in-house training program in addition to attending manufacturers' training courses.

Full Spectrum Analytics, Inc. has been recognized by our customers as service specialists for instruments from a variety of manufacturers such as Agilent (Hewlett-Packard), Tekmar-Dohrmann, OI Analytical, Varian, Gerstel, LEAP CTC, Waters and Dionex just to name a few. This advantage allows our customers to have the entire system diagnosed and quickly have the problem resolved with one service call, instead of having to wait for another service engineer from a different organization to identify the problem.
