Position: Service Support Technician



The Service Support Technician will assist the Service Representatives to maximize their efficiencies, while maintaining an awareness of cost and inventory. This individual must be driven and eager to learn. 

Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Service Support Manager

Service Support Technician Responsibilities:

  • Parts order processing and fulfillment
  • Maintains physical inventory and service database inventory
  • Various types of data entry
  • Various office and lab projects as assigned
  • Coordinates Shipping and Receiving


  • Experience with MS Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask
  • 50 G.W.P.M
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude

Education & Training:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Associates Degree or 2 years College courses (*Preferred)


  • 1-2 years data entry and/or inventory control
  • 1-2 years shipping and receiving
  • 1-2 years within a supply chain environment (*Preferred)
  • 1 year Laboratory work experience and familiarity (*Preferred)
