Full Spectrum Group, Inc. (FSG) is pleased to announce the recent completion of the asset purchase of Alpha Omega Technologies’ Instrument Services and Parts Sales capabilities.

Alpha Omega Technologies (AOT) is a central New Jersey based independent service provider and aftermarket parts resource company that has been in business for over 30 years. AOT has a customer base throughout the United States and Internationally. AOT personnel consists of individuals with diverse backgrounds relating to analytical instrument applications, services, preventive maintenance, qualifications, including ECD Detector wipe testing, cleaning and re-foiling.

These capabilities will help FSG expand its range of services, including parts sales to labs throughout the country as well as adding a national resource for in-house liquid autosampler repairs and MSD mechanical pump rebuilds. Clients with multiple locations in the U.S. can also partner with FSG in order to provide a complete service solution for their regional laboratories.

Hiring key AOT personnel, together with existing FSG Service Representatives, FSG continues to enhance its service capabilities and offerings as an Independent Service Provider and Contracts Management Company.
